If this is you, then I want you to know that you’re not alone. But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can turn your weeks completely around by following these simple Life Hacking steps to launch your week.
Start with a plan.
I always say that a good week starts the week before. Therefore, early Saturday or Sunday morning, sit down with a cup of coffee and figure out what you need to accomplish for the week and set some goals. Don’t try to accomplish everything for the whole entire year into one week. Be sensible so you don’t overwhelm yourself.
Break your plan down into days
Once you have the basis for a plan, sit down and break those plans into days. Prioritize your weekly goals and then break them down by days starting with what you need to do first, second and then third.
Then Get Into Massive Action!
Prepare yourself for any distractions that may come your way so that you can make sure to win each and every week.
